Welcome to Legend of Edda: Pegasus (the “Game”), a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Eya Soft, and operated by IndigoWare. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Game and its associated services, including the website, forums, and any other features or content made available through the Game (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

IndigoWare may terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or if IndigoWare believes that your use of the Service poses a risk of harm to IndigoWare or any other user. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and IndigoWare makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service or its content. IndigoWare does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. IndigoWare is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will IndigoWare be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if IndigoWare has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of São Paulo/Brazil, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
